The Village of West Clay in Carmel Indiana... let's talk about it. Carmel Indiana and the rest of Indianapolis for that matter, doesn't have a tremendous number of master planned communities. Those would be communities with their own built in amenities like shops and restaurants. Other cities around the country are certainly more full of them. Indianapolis, Carmel, and other cities absolutely have plenty of neighborhoods with amenities like playgrounds, pools, tennis courts, golf courses, etc. Just not much in the realm outside of those choices. The Village of West Clay in Carmel is a rarity. The look, feel, and offerings are one of a kind in Carmel and really... all of Indianapolis. You can find quite a variety of homes there as well. Expensive for sure... but there are more affordable options too. We'll explore this unique neighborhood in this video.
