Welcome to our free guided meditation video connecting to the theme of our first lunar Cycle (January 13 to February 11, 2021) which is “VISION”.

In today’s “heartcave” meditation, I will guide you through a visualization to engage your imagination and to connect with your heart space at the same time. This meditation is great for when you want to feel protected and safe from the outside world. Sometimes we need this private sacred time for ourselves to nurture our vision.
