My infirm spirit struggles with itself as I try to make sense of the unreliable choices that have led me to this unwholesome place. In this desolate landscape, I search for a glimmer of hope, something to warm my heart and soothe my soul. My thoughts turn to the past, to a time when life was simpler, and the future seemed full of possibilities. But even those memories are tainted by the shadow of my black world, a reminder of all that I have lost. As I continue to grapple with my inner demons, I know that the struggle with myself is far from over.
