Using only Base Game to MAXIMIZE the most boring neighborhood in the Sims 4 - Willow Creak. I'm pushing the boundaries of what you can use to make a maximalist build in the base game - and it's slowly driving me insane. Boring, empty museum? How about a Moodseum!

I'm starting to work on the community lots of Willow Creek, and my goal is to make them as useful as possible. Currently they're pretty boring and I hate having to go to them. I never go to the museum's in this game unless I'm forced to, so I made this one into a lot that wasn't just useful for Aspirations that require you visit a "Museum" lot. There's a room for each major moodlet you a Sim can get, and a few more surprises as well.
