We can run my discounted cash flow model together to see if the stock is a buy or a sell. We are also analyzing the financial ratios to see how they compare to their competitors. We will look at the debt of the company and equity. We will also calculate the WACC (weighted average cost of capital) so we can discount the future cash flows. Serco Group is a government contractor for health, transportation, justice, immigration, defence, and citizen services. It also works with some institutions as well. It provides its services in the UK and throughout Europe, N. Amer, Asia & Middle East. In the first half of this year 52% of its
Revenue was from Europe (that is equivalent to 1.2bn pounds), 22% of its revenue from the N. Amer, 20% Asia & 6% middle east.

In the defense sector it provides engineering, nuclear, space and maritime services, in the justice sector it provides custodial services, immigration detention services & monitoring and trasnporting detainees, in the transport sector it provides rail and ferry operations, road traffic mgmt and air traffic control, in the health sector it provides facilities mgmt, support services & patient administration, in the citizen services sector it provides case mgmt, middle, back office and IT services and employment and skills services.

The company is headquartered in the UK and was founded was back in 1929 (92 Years Ago)

It started trading in 1988 and can be found on the LSE, BATS, Pink Sheets, & Deutsche Borse
