How to connect a screw air compressor to an air dryer/air tank/pipeline/precision filter? How to connect a screw air compressor to an air tank? How to connect a screw air compressor? Preliminary installation precautions:
1. All joints must be wrapped with raw tape to avoid air leakage
2. All joints must be tightened.
3. The default pipe provided by OPPAIR is 1.5m long, and the length can be changed according to customer requirements.
4. The following accessories need to be purchased separately. Please consult the sales staff for details.
Installation process:
1. The following things need to be prepared in advance (purchased separately or prepared by yourself):
precision filter, pipe, joint, tools (raw tape, wrench, etc.), wire.
2. Pre-install the accessories of the air tank (pressure gauge/safety valve/drain valve)
3. Connect the pipe + joint from the air compressor outlet to the air tank. Note: All joints must be wrapped with raw tape and sealed tightly to avoid air leakage.
4. Install the accessories on the air tank, including pressure gauge, safety valve and drain valve. After wrapping the raw tape, install them on the air tank in sequence.
The drain valve needs to be connected to an automatic drain valve (this needs to be purchased separately) or you can also drain manually regularly and open the drain valve at the bottom.
4. The C-level filter needs to be connected to the air outlet of the air tank, and an automatic drain valve needs to be connected below.
5. Then connect the air outlet of the air tank to the air inlet of the air dryer.
6. The air outlet of the air dryer is connected to the TAXF four-stage filter. The C-level filter is mainly for drainage and needs to be connected to the drain valve. The remaining four-stage filters can be disconnected from the drain valve, but they need to be manually opened and discharged regularly.

Precautions before use
1. Open the door panel to check whether there is any foreign matter inside the air compressor? Is there a filter element placed inside when it is shipped?
2. Open the door panel of the electric panel and check whether the internal wires/electrical appliances are loose?
3. Check whether the oil level of the oil level mirror of the oil and air barrel is normal? (When not running, the oil level must be between the lowest and highest lines)
4. Check the nameplate of the air compressor to see if the air compressor voltage is consistent with the on-site voltage?
5. After all the above problems are solved, connect the power supply. (Be sure to connect tightly to avoid loose connection of wires)
6. There is a power cord on the back of the dryer. Connect the dryer power supply. Small models are generally single-phase electricity.
7. Release the emergency stop (the emergency stop of the new air compressor is locked).
During operation, the emergency stop button cannot be pressed at will and can only be used for emergency shutdown.
8. Turn on the machine. Press the dryer power button. Start the air compressor 3-5 minutes after the dryer is turned on.
Start the air compressor: Press the controller: Start keyboard for 3 seconds. Start. If the screen cannot start normally, it will display: Phase sequence error. Turn off the main power, swap the positions of any two live wires at the air compressor power supply, and restart it to run normally.
9. Open the valve at the air compressor outlet.
10. During operation, you need to check: Is there any air leakage inside the air compressor? Is the oil level of the sight glass reasonable? Is there any air leakage in the connected pipeline?
11. Open the valves of the precision filter and gas tank.
