Small Batch of Authentic Puerto Rican Sofrito

Hi and welcome back! Today I made for you a small batch of sofrito. It's the smallest batch I know how to make. It makes about 5 cups of sofrito.
Here are the ingredients:
2 cubanelle peppers (or green bell peppers)
3 small onions
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch culantro(spiny cilantro)
1 cup of peeled garlic cloves
1/2 lb of aji dulce (mini sweet peppers, cachucha peppers)
