Chicken Curry with Papaya, Thai Cuisine, Thai Cooking Show

Thai Chicken Curry with Papaya is a very tasty Thai dish, the Pappaya is shredded and then cooked giving it a nice soft texture and lovely flavor. Through the filming the grocery man comes around selling his groceries from his bike. Hmmm I stared a lot I think he like my top :-)

This meal is easily to make and when just from watching me showing the procedure.

I must note when I do the papaya shredding you may wish to shred it alternatively, Thai style and when have not (yet) cut our fingers this way.

I love nature, cooking outside next to my beautiful garden, I am also a nature girl I cook often outside over coal fire and very common in Thailand country side.

While I showed the meal being cooked outdoors the same recipe is just as easily cooked in a conventional kitchen.
