Royal Albatross ~ I am Almost Ready To Fly! TF Magnificent Wings AT 215 Days Old 💕 💞 💕 8.25.24

TF is 215 days old and is in the countdown to fledging!! He needs to build up his strength in these last couple of weeks & we should start to see him go up in a hover soon. You can see him trying to run while flapping - that is one of the ways the chicks prepare for flight.

TF's wingspan is fully grown at over three meters (10-11 feet). It is an amazing sight to behold how large the chicks are and see them with their wings fully extended! ♥ Keep practicing TF & TFT - lift off is not far away! Thank you for watching!
