How To Know If You Should Do A 40 DAY FAST

If you are unsure about doing an extended fast, you have to realize that the Holy Spirit will lead you to do so. Before Jesus went to the wilderness to fast for 40 days, He was already filled and led by the Spirit and knew His identity in His Father. Things to consider before fasting is the right timing, heart motive, and what to do while on the fast. God will give you the grace and breakthrough you need from fasting.
