I referenced the vlog "GodSaveThePoints.com" to how CIA agents, presidents, actors, and others are able to fly without getting jetlag and it's all about your natural circadian rhythm and how you can hack that internal body clock system to allow you to travel to Europe, travel to the US, travel to Asia and not experience jetlaggedness, get tired or even sleepy.
