G)I-dle has made their comeback with the release of their first full album “I Never Die” after a year away and after the loss of a sixth member Soojin.

Along with the album drop today, Cube Entertainment’s K-pop girl group sensation also released their music video for lead single “Tomboy.”

“Tomboy” has found a strong audience with 35 million YouTube views to date. 
K-Pop (Korean popular music) is a musical genre consisting of pop and dance.

The album’s title track “Tomboy” incorporates sounds reminiscent of punk rock with a strong message of girl power. Of the eight songs, (G)I-dle leader Soyeon is credited with co-writing and composing all but one. Fellow group member Minnie’s name is also mentioned several times in the credits.

Since its release less than a day ago, the music video for “Tomboy” on YouTube has reached nearly 7.5 million views and is currently trending at No. 3 on the site.
