Welcome to my channel! Join me as I explore the vibrant Uzbek culture at a fantastic festival held in the heart of London, near the iconic Tower Bridge, in Potters Field Park on the 7th and 8th of June, 2024.

During the festival, we cooked and enjoyed an impressive 2 tons of plov each day, along with other delicious traditional dishes like manti (Uzbek dumplings) and shashlik (meat skewers). The event was alive with music, fashion shows, and market displays offering a closer look at Uzbekistan’s rich heritage.

I had the incredible opportunity to assist the chefs in preparing the plov and learned valuable cooking tips from them.
