FOR THE STUFFING:

✓ 100 g of grated pecorino or even into small pieces (as you prefer)
✓ 100 g of Neapolitan salami
✓ 100 g of spicy provolone
✓ 100 g of sweet provolone
✓ 100 g of Emmental
✓ 4 hard-boiled eggs
