Agile has proven very successful at the team level, but most organizations find it very challenging to scale agile tools and principles to the enterprise level. In this talk I would like to talk about some of my experiences in scaling agile in multiple companies, both good and bad, and why I think SAFe or the Scaled Agile Framework provides a good template for implementing Agile at Scale. I will talk about what SAFe is and isn't and how it works on the team, program and portfolio level.

Inbar Oren, also known as the Lean Samurai, has been helping large organizations achieve agility for many years. He's worked with Cisco, Intel, Woolworths, NCR and various other large enterprises to help guide them on their agile journey. He is especially passionate about helping others understand how simple and intuitive Agile can be and how it can be adapted to their environment.

He holds a BA in literature, an MA in Buddhism, two martial arts black belts, a lot of children and is a contributor to the Scaled Agile Framework and author of the "SAFe in 9 minutes" video.
