Since 1981, the receiver has been produced in a standard design. The radio receiver ''Khazar-403'' is a portable superheterodyne assembled on eight transistors and two diodes. The radio receiver operates in the LW and MW bands. Its sensitivity is in the ranges: LW 1.5 mV/m, MW 0.8 mV/m. Adjacent channel selectivity 20 dB. Nominal output power 300 mW, maximum 600 mW. Band of reproduced audio frequencies 250...3550 Hz. Powered by two 3R12 batteries. The dimensions of the radio receiver are 256 x 187 x 83 mm. Weight 1.1 kg.
