Waldo De Los Rios - Everybody's talking

Waldo De Los Rios was an Argentine composer, arranger and conductor who was best known for his ability to transform classical music into popmusic. Several such albums were released in the 70's but occasionally De Los Rios also recorded "plain popmusic" and this track from "Songs for the Seventies" is a good example of that. "Everybody's talkin'" was a smash hit for Harry Nilsson back in the 60's and has been covered by many artists since then. The song is also ranked in the "Top 20" of best filmmusic ever by the American Film Institute due to its appearance in the classic cult movie "Midnight Cowboy" and can actually be seen as a real "evergreen".
