13:30 -- A Fallen Sister
You likely got this quest from interacting with Fairbanks' documents at Watcher's Reach. The quest is complete once you wipe out the Freemen at the Veridium Mine. Be sure to rescue the prisoners within the mine. Performing the rescue will unlock a shop at Faribanks' headquarters. Also, interact with documents at the Veridium Mine; this will start the other Freemen quests for the area.
19:20 -- Parson's Battered Notebook
North from the Veridium Mine, you'll find this notebook on a rock that overlooks the waterfall. The notebook is associated with a secret quest. Clue locations:
21:07, west of the Andraste's Mercy landmark and north of Villa Maurel.
24:16, light the torches at the Lion's Pavilion in the correct sequence.
1:19:36. under the North-West waterfall.
1:23:35, last, at the base of Southfinger Tower (the tower is visible at the North-end of the map; west of Elgar'nan's Bastion).
A giant Despair Demon will spawn. Kill it.
21:38 -- Motherly Encouragement
You'll find a dead body in the river north of Villa Maurel. A location will be marked on your map. Investigate the journal at that location in order to complete the quest, 31:12.
24:16 -- A Lover's Promise
Started by reading the note at the Lion's Pavilion. The quest is completed by interacting with the picnic that is marked on your map. This will cause a Giant Spider to spawn for you to kill, 1:15:58.
26:10 -- Quarry
North of the North-East Camp.
27:39 -- Observing the Menace
This quest requires you to find the two campsites of an apostate. The first one I found was near a Fade Rift and a bridge (that were near the North-East Camp).
1:17:02, the second camp is by the North-West waterfall.
33:29 -- Elven Artifact in Firewater Garden (the region with the grave landmarks)
33:49 -- Bottle of Thedas in cave at South-East portion of FIrewater Garden
45:09 -- A Bear to Cross
This quest is available after you've met Fairbanks. An Inquisition soldier at the Cove Camp will inform you of a Giant Bear. Complete the quest by killing the bear.
48:25 -- Noble Deeds, Noble Heart
This quest is available at Watcher's Reach after you've freed Fairbanks' people at the Veridium Mine. To complete the quest, gather three pieces of evidence that prove Fairbanks' nobility and deliver the proof to either Clara or Fairbanks. The general areas of the evidence pieces are marked on your map. Two of them are behind locked doors (Rogue needed).
