Little Island NYC Tour - Is This Park WORTH IT?

Описание к видео Little Island NYC Tour - Is This Park WORTH IT?

Little Island is New York City’s newest free public park and attraction located at Pier 55 in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan and right nearby the High Line. Consisting of 2.7 acres of precious man-made NYC real estate on the Hudson River, you may be asking yourself, is this park worth it? We hope to give you a brief tour of its walking trails, overlooks, lawns and various outdoor art spaces so that you can decide if it’s worth it for you to visit. Be mindful that due to the newness and to keep the crowding and congestion down, the park requires a free timed entry reservation that you can reserve on your phone if you plan on visiting during peak hours after noon until early evening. If you try to enter the park without one, you will be turned away. Otherwise the park is open from 6am to 1am daily, has bathrooms and concession stands and has a calendar on its website of scheduled performances by resident rotating artists. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
