1/3 Cup cocoa
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Cup water
1/3 Cup oil
2 Tbs vinegar
1 Tsp vanilla


Frosting Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups powder sugar
3 Tbs cocoa
1 Tsp vanilla
2-4 Tbs water as needed
