When you want to send repetitive emails then an email template is the right way. Email template helps you to save time to draft the same email from scratch. Let’s see the steps to create an email message template in Outlook.

1. Open your web browser.
2. Type outlook.live.com in the URL bar, and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
3. Click on the Sign in button.
4. Type your Outlook email, and click on the Next button.
5. Enter your Outlook password, and click on the Sign in button.
6. Click on the New message button.
7. Below the email message box, click on the three horizontal dots menu.
8. Click on the My Templates from the menu list.
9. Click on the Template link with a plus sign on the right side.
10. Type a Title for your new template.
11. In the main text box, write the message that you want to use in your repetitive emails.
12. Click on the Save button.
13. You will notice that your newly created email template is showing in the My Templates list.
14. If you want to edit your email message, then hover over the mouse on your email template, and then click on the edit pencil icon.
15. You can edit now your email message and Save it.
16. Let’s see how to use a template.
17. Click on the New Message button at the top left.
18. Below the email message box, click on the three horizontal dots menu.
19. Click on the My Templates from the menu list.
20. Now hover over the mouse on your email template, and click on it.
21. This will insert your email message from the email template.
22. You can add your signature, and send this email to your recipients.
