The Patented P3X Nano Mist Technology for air preparation systems ensures precise oil delivery up to 40 metres with airtool protection through accurate self-regulated lubrication. The systems allows oil refill even during operation and thus improves both productivity and airtool life. P3XL is a 62mm lightweight nano-mist lubricator, 1/2" & 3/4" ported BSPP (NPT 1/2" only), high tech polymer bowl. Max P1 pressure of 16 bar. Temp from -10°C to 60°C.

The P3XL nano-mist lubricator is self regulating & automatically adjusts oil feed to the flow demand to give a constant oil/air mixture ratio, this prevents unauthorized adjustment of oil, extending refill periods, giving extended life & performance to air tools/motors & other pneumatic devices. This unit is ideal for high flow applications that demand uniform lubrication in a robust package, For Synthetic oil and glycol based anti-freeze. With 5 & 50m/m° atomiser options available the P3XL is easily configurable to other P3X products to suit various applications.

This unit is ideal for high flow applications that demand uniform lubrication in a robust package. Shell Cassida Fluid HF-VG15 oil is suggested for lubrication and will allow the product to perform at peak performance. Can be used with synthetic compressor oils & glycol based anti-freeze.
