ルールが単純な分かり易い、横スクロールタイプのアクションゲーム。時間で消耗する体力がなくならないようにフルーツを取りつつ、武器のオノを使用して敵を倒しながらゴールを目指す。高速なスケボーや無敵の天使など様々なアイテムがありプレイヤーを楽しませてくれる。その後ファミコンにも移植されたが、その際にキャラクターが当時のファミコン名人だった、高橋名人になってしまったことは有名。

ストーリー:
わんぱく少年"ボーイ"は、ガールフレンドのティナをさらったキングを追って長い旅の冒険に出ました。キングの住み着く家は遠く、奇想天外な生き物やびっくりするようなハプニングが待ち受けています。途中ボーイはエネルギーを貯えるためにフルーツを取らなければなりません。はたしてボーイはティナを救うことができるでしょうか？

A little boy ventures through Wonderland in this horizontally scrolling game. There are 4 areas, each with 4 levels and end bosses. Walking and jumping depletes your energy so you must eat food found along the way.
