Reggie Miller: Dominating Iverson and the 76ers (2000 ECSF G1, 40 points)

Reggie Miller and Jalen Rose lit up AI and the Sixers in Game 1 of the 2000 ECSF. Miller and Rose dropped 40 points each as the Pacers dominated in a 108-91 win.

Reggie got is 40 mainly on his 3 point shooting. 7 threes for Miller in this one including a 3 right at the beginning of the game. Jalen Rose was a sizzling 16/23 from the field. Miller was 11/18 from the field and 11/12 from the line. Reggie did this just 2 days after dropping 41 on the Bucks to move Indiana out of the first round. Miller was a force to be reckoned with in the 2000 playoffs.

Allen Iverson scored 28 points for Philly but he was ejected in the 4th quarter after picking up his 2nd technical foul. The frustration of the large deficit got to AI.
