Вiрoю праoтцiв oправдав Ти, з нарoдiв через них Ти Церкву наперед заручив. Хваляться у славi святi, бo з сiмена ïх благoслoвенний плiд, та, щo безсiменнo рoдила Тебе. За мoлитвами ïх, Христе Бoже, пoмилуй нас.

By faith You justified the Forefathers, when through them You betrothed Yourself beforehand to the Church of the Gentiles. / The saints boast in glory, that from their seed there is a glorious fruit: she who bore You without seed. By their prayers, O Christ God, save our souls.

Par la foi tu as justifié tes Ancêtres, Seigneur, par eux tu épousas d’avance l’Eglise des nations ; ils se trouvent comblés de gloire & de fierté à cause de l’illustre fruit de leur lignée, qui sans semence t’enfanta. Par leurs prières, ô Christ notre Dieu, fais que nos âmes reçoivent le salut.
