(IVF Failure Reasons in Hindi) इस विषय पे बात करेंगे | आईवीएफ की सफलता दर उम्र पर निर्भर होता है। जैसे-जैसे महिला की उम्र बढ़ती है वैसे-वैसे IVF की सफलता दर घट जाता है। अगर आपकी उम्र 35 से ज्यादा होती है तो IVF Success Rate कम होते जाता है। अगर आपकी उम्र 35 से कम हो तो आपका IVF Success Rate अच्छा होता है जो है 35-40% | यह ध्यान में रखना काफी महत्वपूर्ण है की IVF का सामान्य success rate होता है 35-45% |

क्या अच्छे Embryos होने के बावजूद IVF Fail हो सकता है
IVF में दो प्रकार के भ्रूण (Embryos) विकसित होते हैं, पहला Day 3 embryos जो 8 cells से बने होते हैं, और दूसरा Blastocyst embryos जिसे Day 5 embryos के रूप में भी जाना जाता है जिसमे तक़रीबन 100 cells होते है। यदि आपके पास एक Blastocyst भ्रूण और दो से तीन, Day 3 embryos हैं तो दोनों की सफलता दर समान है।
काफी सारे क्लिनिक्स blastocyst embryo बनाने की कोशिश करते है। तीसरे दिन से लेके पांचवे दिन तक embryo growth होना यह काफी critical होता है जैसे की अगर चार embryos है उसमेसे एक ही embryo ऐसा होगा जो blastocyst stage में पोहोचता है और बाकी तीन बिच में रुक जाते है। आपके पास अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले blastocyst Embryos होते हैं तब भी IVF की सफलता दर 35 से 40% होता है।

अगर आपने 100 पेशेंट्स लिए , सभी embryos बोहोत अच्छे है तो पहले कोशिश में तक़रीबन 35-40 लोग pregnant होंगे। 60 लोग ऐसे होंगे जिनके अच्छे embryos होने के बावजूद भी IVF fail होगा या प्रेग्नेंट नहीं हो पाएंगे। यह theory of natural selection पे निर्भर रहता है। हमारे पास ऐसा कोई भी science नहीं है जो बता सकता है की embryo uterus के wall में चिपक के , गर्भ रोपण करेगा। इस पर अभी बोहोत सारा अभ्यास चल रहा है की कैसे गर्भ रोपण की क्षमता 35 % से 50% करे। इसलिए IVF treatment के वक्त बताया जाता है की यह treatment पेशेंट को 2-3 बार लग सकती है। क्योकि जैसे जैसे उम्र बढ़ती है वैसे वैसे प्रेगनेंसी के सभवनाये कम होती जाती है |
