Most self-improvement advice tells you to overhaul everything overnight. But real transformation happens through small, intentional steps that compound over time. This video breaks down exactly how to start: decluttering with the Marie Kondo method (does it spark joy?), cleansing energy with incense or candles, adding vision boards to your space, gentle movement like yoga (not intense workouts), building 5-minute daily habits for 30 days (inspired by Atomic Habits), journaling for self-reflection, hydrating with infused water, adding vegetables through homemade soups, gradually reducing processed foods/sugar/caffeine, setting boundaries with toxic relationships, evaluating your circle by asking "do I feel uplifted or drained?", finding your dreamer's circle, and assessing if your current location reflects your goals (my personal example: moving countries for growth).
