So now this is Part 2 of zero waste recipe out of 1 kg Black Raisins. I have made a jam of the residue left from extracting the Black Raisins juice. Black Raisins are naturally so sweet, that even second time, the jam that I made has no sugar it is healthy and tasty better than the store bought jams. To give a jam texture, I have used apples.


Black Raisins Apple Jam

Ingredients:
Raisins residue left from the syrup
2-3 cup Water
3-4 Apples
1 piece of Cinnamon stick
Juice of 1 lime


Please note
/ once the jam is ready, let it cool completely transfer the jam in an airtight glass container and stored in the refrigerator
/storing the jam in the refrigerator, will not change the texture of the jam
