Experts in the diagnosis and treatment of TOF from The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia describe the four findings associated with tetralogy of Fallot which include a ventricular septal defect (a hole in the heart), a narrowing (pulmonary stenosis) of the pathway from the right ventricle to the pulmonary artery, a repositioning of the aorta in such a way that it overrides the two lower pumping chambers, and thickening (hypertrophy) of the right ventricles.
