Vermicelli Fruit Custard or Semiya Custard is a super delicious, creamy, and flavorful Indian fusion dessert where vermicelli pudding (Semiya Kheer) is combined with fruit custard.

Imagine a chilled vermicelli custard bowl where you get the goodness of seasonal fruits and the deliciousness of seviyan kheer with the hint of vanilla fruit custard. Plus, it is an easy-to-make, quick, and very simple dessert that requires only 20 minutes of your effective time.


Another wonderful thing about this dessert is that it is made with very simple ingredients which are easily available. 



Ingredients: -


Semiya - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp
Milk - 21/4 cup
Sugar - 11/2 tbsp
Custard powder - 1 tbsp
Cashew nut - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Cheya seeds - 1 tbsp
Apple - 1/2
Water - 1/4 cup



Method: -


Heat a pan and add ghee to it. Then add vermicelli and cook until it changes color. Keep it aside.If roasted vermicelli only heat vermicelli with ghee. Take the same pan and heat it.
Add milk and boil. When the milk is boiling add sugar and stir well. Add vermicelli and stir well. When semiya cook well add custard powder
to the milk and cook until the mixture thickens. Let it get cool, add fruits, cashew nuts and dry fruits.Let it get chilled in the refrigerator.
Serve the semiya custard with cheya seeds...
