Mautic and Amazon SES Setup Tutorial - Send emails using AWS SES

In this video, we are going to connect Amazon SES with Mautic in your configuration - Email Settings. The Mautic and Amazon Ses Setup Tutorial is reasonably in depth. I have changed the way I set this up a few times but I believe the way I am doing it now is best practice.


Make sure your Mautic install has an SSL Certificate. If you don't already watch:

If you don't have an Amazon AWS account you can sign up at https://aws.amazon.com/free/
once you have signed up you can follow along with this video to configure your Mautic sending.
Make sure you note your region when installing tools on Amazon SES.

After verifying your domain and email address. I suggest you start the process of getting moved out of the sandbox. They seem to decide faster if you do what they say and answer these questions in the use description:

1) How will you build or acquire your mailing list?
2) How will you handle bounces and complaints?
3) How can recipients unsubscribe from your mailing list, and how will you respond to those requests?
4) How did you choose the increase amount you specified in this request?
