DATE NUT BALLS RECIPE:
1 8oz package of chopped dates
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups Rice Krispies

Heat butter, sugar, dates, pecans, and milk in a medium pot over medium heat. Stir often for 4-6 minutes until butter is melted and everything is combined well.
Turn off heat and stir in vanilla.
Place Rice Krispies in a large mixing bowl. Pour the butter mixture over and stir till well coated.
Let cool for a few minutes.
Butter hands & roll mixture into small balls. Then roll in powdered sugar. Cool completely before serving.
