France demands that NATO combat troops be deployed into Ukraine to help fight against the Russian army. Putin has threatened all out war with NATO if this was to happen, as General Secretary Stoltenberg tries to reassure that there will be no combat troops in Ukraine. Russia is conducting reforms of the armed forces, and has created 2 new military districts, and has also banned all gas exports leaving Russia. These moves may be seen as preparatory moves for a war with the west.
