Lawyer Hassan Male Mabirizi has been sent back to prison until next month on charges related to hate speech against the chief justice Dr. Flavian Zeija.
He told court that there is no law requiring people to respect judicial officers, and hence they aren't immune from abuses.
The state asked court not to release Mabirizi on grounds that he doesnt have a fixed place of abode and thus he may abscond once granted bail.
