Leica Q3 43 DOUBLE MAGNIFICATION via Leica Elpro E52

Answering a question in the comment section, I show now in this video here how close-up photography capabilities of the Leica Q3 43 significantly improve if you mount the Leica Elpro E52 on top of the Apo-Summicron 43mm lens of the Leica Q3 43.

As I show and explain in the video, the maximum magnification of the Leica Q3 43 in Macro Mode doubles from a standalone maximum magnification of 0.25x to a maximum magnification of 0.5x when the Leica Elpro E52 close-up lens is mounted on top of the Apo-Summicron 43mm.

Last but not least I also show via sample images that the Elpro E52 preserves the excellent image quality delivered by the Apo-Summicron 43mm lens of the Leica Q3 43 if you apply some post-processing to overcome some softness in the corners and deal with some distortion via lens corrections.

A magnification of 0.5x means that the Leica Q3 43 with the Elpro E52 mounted is a true Macro Photography camera which opens completely new horizons when it comes to product photography and representation of details in photography.
