Got a call from the builder saying this yard needed graded ASAP — tight schedule and no time to wait. So I loaded up the International equipment hauler, headed to the other job site, and picked up the CAT D3 Next Gen dozer to get this job knocked out fast.
When I got there… this place looked like a jungle. The yard around the in-ground swimming pool was completely overgrown and uneven. Plus, there was a huge pile of topsoil that needed moved, spread, and shaped. We got right to work — cutting down the high spots, filling in the lows, grading the slopes, and tying everything together to make the yard clean and usable.
The before and after on this job is unbelievable.
It’s amazing what the right machine and the right operator can do.
Big thanks to the builder for trusting me to shift my schedule and make this happen.
When someone needs it done, we show up and get it done.
