After the disappointment of the June long weekend opening, i was just itching to get down to the slopes to get it out of the system, so i decided to head down to Thredbo for the weekend for a couple days of riding to get the legs back after a 9 month period of no riding. Despite good snowfalls, It was still early season conditions, with thin cover in places and not much of mountain open. Really wanted to head off piste, but theres still a lot of days in the season left, so the groomers were the go. Now i can rest easy until August when i head down for a 2 week trip. Enjoy!
