Gurudwara Nankana Sahib: Being the birthplace of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism, this gurdwara is one of the most sacred places for Sikhs. Guru Nanak Dev Ji was born here and spent the early period of his life here. Gurudwara Shri Bal Leela Sahib: This gurdwara is dedicated to the events related to the childhood of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Many legends related to the childhood games and leelas of Guru Nanak Dev Ji are prevalent here. Gurudwara Shri Kiara Sahib: This gurdwara was built in memory of a miracle of Guru Nanak Dev Ji's childhood. It is said that Guru Nanak Dev Ji entered a farmer's field while searching for fodder for his cows. The farmer objected to this, but Guru Nanak Dev Ji performed a miracle and made the field green again..
