You'll need OpenXCOM Extended (not OpenXCOM). This is a separate engine that adds features to OpenXCOM that some mods need. Installation is the same as OpenXCOM, but install it separately from OpenXCOM. Do not combine the two. You do not need OpenXCOM installed for OpenXCOM Extended to work.
