I waited 2.5 hours to be able to experience Michelin Star ramen at Sosakumenkobo Nakiryu on May 21, 2023 (Sunday). I arrived at 9:00AM and got in at around 11:30AM. There's a total of 12 seats (6 counter, 1 table for 2 people, and 1 table for 4 people. They often give the table for 4 to parties of 2, so there's literally 2 empty seats while there's a line out the door). I ordered a salt-taste ramen, 3 eggs, extra meat, and a meat side dish with rice for around $20. Try to arrive 2 hours before opening if visiting on a weekend and 1 hour early before opening if visiting on a weekday.
