Mash bill recipe

30# Ohio blue corn
6# rolled oats
5#malted rye
5#dark wheat malt
20 gallons of water
mangrove jacks M02 yeast
Omega lacto
high temp alpha amylase
Gluco amylase
you can also add sugar for a higher gravity I only used 2lbs grain per gallon which got my gravity to 1.058
