Hello in this short video I'm going to share what causes yeast infections as well as a few ideas on treatments.

Yeast infections are very common and affect up to 75% of women at some point in their lifetime. What you may not know is that they can affect men as well.

Basically the yeast the fungus naturally lives in a woman's vagina. There is also this bacteria and there is a natural balance.

A common way to deal with the problems is with prescription drugs which are expensive, toxic and give off harmful side effects. You also have to keep taking the drugs over and over again. According to 1 expert make the infection worse.
