Resep Jjampong. Jjampong atau korean seafood noodle soup merupakan mie seafood pedas yang populer di drama-drama Korea. Namun nama Jjampong diambil dari kosakata Jepang yang artinya “campur”. Ciri khas dari jjampong adalah banyaknya bahan-bahan seafood yang digunakan dan kuah merah pedas yang menggugah selera.
Resep Korean Seafood Noodle Soup (untuk 2 porsi)
Bahan:
2 porsi mie
Kaldu:
200 gr kulit dan kepala udang
5 siung bawang putih
5 siung bawang merah
1 sdt merica putih utuh
1 liter air
Isian:
1 ekor cumi
6 ekor udang
50 gr daging sapi iris
5 lembar sawi putih, iris
1 wortel, iris
2 batang daun bawang, iris
1 siung bawang bombai, iris
6 jamur champignon, belah dua
Bumbu kuah:
3 siung bawang putih halus
1 sdm cabai bubuk
1 sdm saus sambal
1 sdt kaldu ayam
1 sdm kecap ikan
2 sdm kecap asin
1 liter air
Gula, garam sesuai selera
Garnish:
Cabai hijau, iris
Daun bawang, iris
Kimchi
Langkah:
1. Panaskan sedikit minyak, masukkan udang, bawang putih,bawang merah dan merica putih kemudian goreng hingga kering dan minyak berubah warna menjadi merah kemudian tambahkan air
2. Blender kaldu udang hingga halus, saring
3. Tumis bawang putih halus dan bawang bombay dengan sedikit minyak, tambahkan wortel, air dan kaldu
4. Masukkan kecap ikan, kecap asin, bubuk cabai kemudian aduk rata
5. Bersihkan cumi kemudian belah dan iris serong jangan sampai putus, lalu potong kotak
6. Masukkan udang, cumi, daging sapi dan sayuran ke dalam kuah kemudian bumbui dengan gula dan garam, masak hingga mendidih dan semua isian matang
7. Didihkan air kemudian rebus mie 2-3 menit tergantung ketebalan mie
8. Letakkan mie kedalam mangkuk, siram dengan kuah beserta toppingnya dan hidangkan dengan irisan cabai hijau, irisan daun bawang dan kimchi sebagai pelengkap

Annyeong! Jjampong Recipe [Korean Seafood Noodle Soup]
Jjampong is a spicy seafood noodle soup that is popular in Korean dramas. The name Jjampong comes from the Japanese word for "mix". The trademark of Jjampong is the variety of seafood used and the mouthwatering spicy red broth.
Korean Seafood Noodle Soup Recipe (yield: 2 servings)
Ingredients:
2 servings noodles
Stock:
200 g prawn shells and heads
5 clove garlic
5 pc shallots
1 tsp whole white pepper
1 L water
Elements:
1 pc squid
6 pc prawns
50 g sliced beef
5 pc Chinese cabbage, sliced
1 pc carrot, sliced
2 stalk green onions, sliced
1 pc onion, sliced
6 pc Champignon mushroom, halved
Seasoning:
3 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp chicken stock powder
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 L water
Sugar, salt to taste
Garnish:
Green chili, sliced
Green onions, sliced
Kimchi
Steps:
1. Heat some oil. Add the prawns, garlic, shallots, and pepper. Fry to a crisp and until the oil turns red. Then, add the water in.
2. Blend the prawn stock and strain.
3. Sauté the minced garlic and onion with a bit of oil. Add the carrots, water, and stock.
4. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, and chili powder. Mix well.
5. Clean the squid, then slice diagonally but not all the way down. Then, cut into squares.
6. Add the prawns, squid, beef, and vegetables into the soup. Season with sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and cook until all the elements are cooked.
7. Boil some water and cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes, depending on its thickness.
8. Plate the noodles and pour the Jjampong soup in, along with the toppings. Serve with sliced green chili, sliced green onions, and kimchi as garnish.
