-CUMIN SEEDS 4 TBS [ زیرہ ]
9-10 BLACK CARDEMOMS [ بڑی الائچی ]
7-8 GREEN CARDEMOMS [ چھوٹی الائچی ]
-GRIND WELL.
-PUT HALF PULAO MASALA [ پلاؤ مسالہ ]
-SALT 1-1/2 TSP OR TO TASTE. [ نمک ]
-SUGAR 1/2 TSP [ چینی ]
-MIX WELL.
-WATER 1-1/2 LTR [ پانی ]
-WAIT FOR BOIL [ ابالیں ]
-COVER & COOK UNTIL MEAT IS TENDER.
-SUGAR 3 TBS [ چینی ]
-ON LOW FLAME DISSOLVE SUGAR.
-CARROT 2 CUPS [ گاجر ]
-COOK FOR 2 MIN.
-WATER 1/3 CUP [ پانی]
-RAISINS 1 CUP [ کشمش]
-COVER & COOK FOR 10 MIN.
-WHEN MEAT IS TENDER.
-ADD ALL SPICES 1 TSP [ گرم مسالہ ]
-SOAKED BASMATI RICE 1-KG [ چاول ]
-WATER 4 GLASS [ پانی ]
-PUT REMAINING PULAO MASALA.
-ADD CARROTS & RAISINS.
-COVER & STEAM COOK FOR 10 MIN [ دم دیں ]
-SERVE & ENJOY WITH FAMILY & FRIENDS.
