The two bosses fought at the core of Double Reed Tower, easily the toughest in the main story. Both bosses have a deadly arsenal of attacks, and they work very well together against your party. Your best best is to focus on taking one out as soon as possible, while also using wide-area specials to hit both bosses at once if your party composition allows it. It's also a good idea to bring along at least one character with healing specials, and a whole bunch of revival items.
