Neurosurgery solution technologies have the aim to support the surgeon during operation giving a real time feedback on brain shift and lesion/tissue resection status. The goal of brain surgery is to maximize lesion/tissue removal while preserving existing brain functions. Fusion Imaging Real-time multimodality navigation is a tool utilized for intraoperative orientation during brain surgery in order to locate lesions/brain areas, using multimodality images (MRI, CT, ED Ultrasound) and Real-time Ultrasound.
