Loose Intuitive Art Journaling with Mixed Media.

This weeks video starts out with a calming morning pages session to music, because we all need to slow down and breathe deeply now and them. Then I broke out my Liquitex paint markers and did some intuitive, expressive mixed media art work in my journals. I did another Master Study of a Nell Blain painting and I love how it came out. I turned to my "Emotional Release Journal" after getting a very hurtful email from a family member. It really helped to discharge some of the stress hormones that got stirred up in my body! I highly recommend the practice. I also create, and filmed, a loose, expressive landscape with the Liquitex Paint Markers (So much fun!). Towards the end I do my weekly flip through of my daily journal and share some inspiration parting thoughts. I hope you enjoy the video!
