I nearly got caught out! I went to Grove Lane, Retford to film 37884 Cepheus hauling a class 465 and 466 to Ely on the 5Q46 Worksop to Ely Papworth Sidings. I thought I had time to film 91106 coming down the bank, but it took longer than normal as it was slowing to stop in Retford, so a poor quick pan was required to get the class 37 climbing the bank on full power. I didn’t want to cut the pan out as I wanted to capture the sound of the class 37. The class 37 had come into platform 2 at Retford from the Worksop line and so had to get a move on to clear the platform for the York bound class 91.
