A morning spent mid way down runway 23L at Manchester airport in some nice late summer conditions in August. We arrived around 8:30am and stayed until 10:30. The morning started off with some quite thick fog/mist, however this lifted as the morning went on, leaving clear blue skies and bright sunshine. The morning treated us to the normal Manchester traffic with the usual 777, 787's, A330's and A380. This is one of, if not our favourite spot at Manchester airport, just feet away from the runway as aircraft rotate infront of you.
