Semen Balloon Thrown At Girls, Women Commission Writes To Delhi Police Commisioner

Delhi Commission for Women Has sent a letter to the Police Commissioner after girl students of Lady Shri Ram College and Jesus and Mary College filed a complaint saying that they were attacked with semen filled balloons outside their college.
